I live in Toronto, Ontario. Where can I buy any Acai Berry products in a store in my city? I do not have a credit card and don’t wish to get one so buying them from those websites online is out of the question.

You should be able to find some in a local health food store, drug store, or most places that sell OTC health-related products. If you aren’t able to find any in Canada that are good enough quality, there are a few companies based out of the U.S. that do ship internationally. Feel free to e-mail me and I can give you a few of them.
There are many higher quality companies out there that are readily available and well priced as well… just make sure the company has a good rating with either the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or USP (U.S. Pharmacopoeia), as those are the main quality assurance organizations (USP is for the U.S., GMP is for the U.S. and worldwide).

The berry is so new to North America that it’s really not very available in stores. I think there are a few GNC’s carrying it in powder form.
You’re best bet is to get it online. If you’re hesitant about putting your credit card info online, you can always get one of those Visa gift cards from a gas station and use it to make online purchases. You could most likely find Acai Berry’s in your local health food store. However I don’t recommend you eat the raw berry. The Acai berry starts loosing its potency within minutes of being picked.
